The European Ranch Project
The European Ranch Project features a warm and creamy upstairs living area layered with a mix of materials, including quartzite, marble, reeded glass, and more, creating an elegant, textured atmosphere. Below, a moody man cave unfolds with deep taupe walls, rich dark wood, and custom-built details.
The Kitchen
The elegant kitchen pairs creamy white paint with light maple stain for a warm, cohesive palette. A zellige backsplash in layered white tones ties together the countertops, cabinetry, and walls, introducing texture and gentle depth.
The Dining and Living Room
The west-facing dining and living rooms is flooded with natural light espicially as the sun begins to set. A European-inspired, floor-to-ceiling creamy stone fireplace, crafted with a flush mortar joint and a custom cast-stone mantel, is a beautiful focal point in the space. A TV is discreetly integrated above the mantel; with an inset mount, framed TV, and decorative frame, it reads as a curated design element rather than equipment. The transition from catheral to flat ceiling with arches and ceiling beams makes the open concept space feel inviting but cozy.
The Primary Suite
The vision for the primary suite was to feel like a luxury resort getaway, gathering inspiration from travels abroad. The shower features a combination of European micro-cement, reeded tile, and a riverrock floor. The custom vanity is built of maple with a light neutral stain, topped with a quartzite countertop from Brazil. Accent lighting and dimmer switches elevate the spa feel with automatic toe kick lighting under the vanity, sconces, and a waterproof light channel in the shower.
The Guest Bath
The guest bath features a carara marble countertop from Italy with a soft touch up a bullnose edge and shelf detail. The custom maple vanity has reeded top drawer fronts and an arched toe kick detail with automatic toe kick lighting.
The Basement
Walking downstairs from the bright, airy upper level into the ultimate man cave. The basement includes a dedicated theater, a distinctive bar, a workout room, and a sauna. The bar showcases Brazilian quartzite with a full-height backsplash and a striking waterfall edge. The back wall features a custom arch, quartzite backsplash, V-groove maple paneling, color-changing accent lighting, and even a keg, every detail crafted for style and entertainment.
