General Contractor & Land Development

Rich has been building new homes for over 13 years. He started his career as a real estate agent which led to flipping homes and new builds. He is now also developing subdivisions so he can offer great lots for people to build their dream home.

Rich focuses on listening to his clients to determine their wants and needs so that Van Sistine Homes can exceed expectations. He has a hands-on approach to working with clients which includes walking each person he works with through the details whether he and his team are building a Van Sistine model floor plan or a custom design. He has an equal focus on the science behind building a home and the attention to detail with the materials and finishes.

Rich lives in Neenah, Wisconsin, and takes pride in being a part of the community that he builds many homes in. When not working with clients to build their dream homes, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters; traveling, boating, and going to cottages.

Construction Manager & Designer

Being the daughter of Rich Van Sistine, Olivia has grown up experiencing the family business of new home building. Olivia has gained knowledge and experience through years of working with homeowners and time in school. Olivia enjoys working with people and brainstorming ideas until your custom home vision comes to life. Her goal is to make your Pinterest dreams a reality without breaking the budget. Olivia works with the client from design to completion as well as managing the schedules and activity on sites.

Olivia lives in Neenah, Wisconsin. Aside from Van Sistine Home, Olivia runs her own photography business. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling the world, boating, and skiing.

Project Manager

Born and raised in Appleton Wisconsin, Cooper attended UW-Madison. Exploring different options through a variety of classes he became interested in topics such as real estate and architecture. This ultimately led to his desire to pursue a career in homebuilding.

When the opportunity arose to work with Van Sistine Homes, Cooper hopped on board and joined the team. He joined our team in college, and is now the full-time Project Manager, managing and maintaining the homes to a high standard. Cooper lives in Neenah with his wife Olivia who is also a part of our team. Outside of work, Cooper enjoys spending time wake surfing, snowboarding, and traveling with his family and friends.

Interior Designer

Teagan’s love for creativity and design has been a constant thread throughout her life. With a background in interior design and years of hands-on experience, she enjoys working closely with clients to bring their vision to life. From guiding them through selections to pulling together the details that make a space feel complete, Teagan finds joy in creating homes that are both beautiful and cohesive. Her design approach blends timeless style with quality finishes and products, while also adding unique and original touches wherever possible to make each home feel one-of-a-kind.

Her career path has given her a well-rounded perspective, with past experience working in a lighting showroom, with a home builder, and at an interior design firm. She also studied Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design at Fox Valley Technical College in Appleton, WI - an education that provided a strong foundation for her work today.

Originally from Chicago but having spent most of her life in Appleton, WI, Teagan brings a welcoming, down-to-earth approach to her work. Outside of design, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their yellow lab or finding new inspiration while traveling.

Assistant Interior Designer

Savanna is a recent graduate of Fox Valley Technical College, earning a dual associate degree in Interior Design and Kitchen & Bath Design. With a passion for interior design that began at a young age, she is excited to apply her education within the residential building industry and continue growing as a designer. Savanna began her career as an intern with Van Sistine Homes and is thrilled to step into her new role, bringing both creativity and dedication to every project.

Savanna enjoys thinking creatively and solving design challenges with thoughtful, well-planned solutions. She is passionate about building strong client relationships and strives to make every homeowner feel comfortable and confident throughout the design and building process. She also enjoys creating detailed visuals and renderings using design software to help clients better envision their spaces and bring ideas to life.

Originally from Nebraska and raised in Appleton, Wisconsin, Savanna enjoys coaching volleyball, spending time with family and friends, and never passing up an iced latte when she’s not designing.

Alex has been in construction for over a decade. He started his construction journey as a concrete laborer right out of high school and quickly moved into framing houses.

His passion for building has only grown since he begin his career. Striving to provide great quality to his work.

Alex was raised in Appleton, growing up with 4 brothers. His favorite thing to do outside of work is to spend time with his 2 kids, camping, boating, fishing and being with his family.

With more than 30 years of experience in maintenance, repair, and construction, Todd brings both expertise and a practical, hands-on approach to his work as a project manager and framer. He thrives on problem-solving, having a natural ability to diagnose issues and find solutions. Todd genuinely enjoys small engine repair, helping others learn through mentoring and training, and takes pride in doing things the right way—believing that doing the job right is more important than doing it quickly.

Living just outside of Neenah, Todd’s faith in God is a priority (Heb 13:8). Along with spending time with his wife, Chris, their Frenchie - Rosie, and bow hunting, he keeps busy tending to their flock of chickens (among other hobbies)!
