    Rich has been building new homes for over 13 years. He started his career as a real estate agent which led to flipping homes and new builds. He is now also developing subdivisions so he can offer great lots for people to build their dream home.

    Rich focuses on listening to his clients to determine their wants and needs so that Van Sistine Homes can exceed expectations. He has a hands-on approach to working with clients which includes walking each person he works with through the details whether he and his team are building a Van Sistine model floor plan or a custom design. He has an equal focus on the science behind building a home and the attention to detail with the materials and finishes.

    Rich lives in Neenah, Wisconsin, and takes pride in being a part of the community that he builds many homes in. When not working with clients to build their dream homes, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters; traveling, boating, and going to cottages.

    Being the daughter of Rich Van Sistine, Olivia has grown up experiencing the family business of new home building. Olivia has gained knowledge and experience through years of working with homeowners and time in school. Olivia enjoys working with people and brainstorming ideas until your custom home vision comes to life. Her goal is to make your Pinterest dreams a reality without breaking the budget. Olivia works with the client from design to completion as well as managing the schedules and activity on sites.

    Olivia lives in Neenah, Wisconsin. Aside from Van Sistine Home, Olivia runs her own photography business. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, family, and friends, traveling the world, boating, and skiing.

    Born and raised in Appleton Wisconsin, Cooper attended UW-Madison. Exploring different options through a variety of classes he became interested in topics such as real estate and architecture. This ultimately led to his desire to pursue a career in homebuilding.

    When the opportunity arose to work with Van Sistine Homes, Cooper hopped on board and joined the team. He joined our team in college, and is now the full-time Project Manager, managing and maintaining the homes to a high standard. Cooper lives in Neenah with his wife Olivia who is also a part of our team. Outside of work, Cooper enjoys spending time wake surfing, snowboarding, and traveling with his family and friends.

    Bill was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie Ontario, Canada, and he always had a passion for the game of hockey. Hockey is a major reason why he was led to Marian University in Wisconsin to pursue the game he loved while earning a degree in Business Administration. At Marian, he met his wife Amanda, who is from Wisconsin.

    Real estate was always a passion for Bill and something he really wanted to pursue which is why he was excited about the opportunity to become a realtor with Coldwell Banker. At the same time, he also worked for Twins Electric as an electrician's helper. When the opportunity came knocking to work for Van Sistine Homes - he couldn't resist. He is now part of the Van Sistine Real Estate Team and is the Service Manager/Assistant Construction Manager for Van Sistine Homes. Most definitely a people person, Bill has the people skills and knowledge to provide a positive customer experience.

    Bill resides in Appleton, WI, with his wife, 3 kids, and a dog. When he is not working you can usually find him at a hockey rink coaching one of his children. He also enjoys golfing and spending time with his family at the family cottage.

  • Chuck Greening

    Building Science Consultant

    Chuck has been building and remodeling homes for the past 50 years. He has been the owner of The House Inspector since 2003. Over the past 17 years, Chuck has focused on providing building performance series and implementing building science in new home construction. Helping builders certify customer’s homes in the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR program.

    Chuck visits homes during construction when the framing is complete and again when the insulation has been installed. This way the team is able to identify potential building performance upgrades. During the visits Chuck checks to see if the New Home Certification Program requirements are being met. Overall, then the NHCP requirements are met, it provides more homeowner comfort, creates less drafts, and allows for lower utility bills.

    Chuck has been an innovator, pioneer, and winner of many prestigious accolades including the Wisconsin ENERGY STAR® Homes consultant of the year award, was a consultant for the first certified Focus on Energy New Homes Program home, and received a certificate of achievement for the most energy efficient Focus on Energy certified new home in the Northeast Wisconsin region.
